TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- By paying the deposit fee, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated in this Photography Services Agreement.
- Dengan membuat bayaran deposit, kedua-dua pihak bersetuju bahawa mereka telah membaca, memahami dan menerima segala terma & syarat yang dinyatakan dalam Perjanjian Perkhidmatan Fotografi ini.
- This agreement is binding without the need for signatures - payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance.
- Perjanjian ini dianggap termeterai tanpa memerlukan tandatangan - bayaran deposit kepada pihak PixelsFilm dikira sebagai persetujuan.

1. Booking & Payment
1.1 A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date and time.
1.2 The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the scheduled session.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
2.1 If the client cancels, the booking fee is non-refundable as cash, but may be retained as credit for future bookings.
2.2 PixelsFilm reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
We will try our best to assign a team if emergency occurs
3.Delivery of Products
3.1 Edited photos will be delivered within the following timeframes:
• Photo Editing – 1 month
• Album Design – 3 months
• Video Editing – 3 months
3.2 All digital images are provided in JPEG format only (unless stated otherwise).
3.3 RAW images or video footage are available for an additional fee of MYR 1000.
4. Copyright & Usage
4.1 PixelsFilm retains full copyright ownership of all images.
4.2 Images may be used for promotional and portfolio purposes.
4.3 Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only.
4.4 Commercial usage requires written consent.
4.5 By booking, the client permits PixelsFilm to use their likeness for promotional content (e.g. website, social media).
5.Editing & Retouching
5.1 Special retouching requests may incur additional charges.
5.2 No heavy manipulation (body reshaping, etc.) will be performed.
5.3 All editing decisions are fully under the creative control of PixelsFilm editors
Force Majeure Liability Dispute Resolution
PixelsFilm is not liable for any delay or non-performance due to events beyond our control.
PixelsFilm is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss of property during the session.
Any disputes will be resolved via mediation or arbitration under the laws of Malaysia.
